Harshit is a product strategy manager with Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), the world’s largest publicly listed wine company with outstanding wine brands such as Penfolds, Wolf Blass and Lindeman’s. At TWE Harshit is involved in shaping the portfolio strategy and improving the portfolio’s performance through in-depth product analysis for market-fit, form and function. He has worked on a major organisation-wide strategic portfolio lifecycle management project and has helped improve the effectiveness of new product development. Harshit has been the recipient of the “TWE Icon” award, the company’s top honour for going above and beyond in demonstrating TWE’s values through his work.
Harshit started out as a web developer and took up the opportunity to better understand business operations at TWE where he gained significant exposure to supply chain management, sales forecasting and business planning. His expertise lies in analytics to drive sales & operations planning and profitability improvement.
Outside the corporate and wine world, he immerses himself in learning about lean startups, all things digital and gadgets. He is currently working on a side project to help people eat healthier. When he’s not working he can be found lifting weights at the gym or cruising up to Kinglake on his motorbike.
In this ten-week course, students will learn to navigate the product cycle, from evaluating users and managing a roadmap to creating an MVP and developing metrics.
