Hannah Ballard tells stories at the intersection of technology, the climate crisis, and the communities on the frontlines of these changes.
She has spent 8 years in the world of tech startups, making emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, cybersecurity more understandable to the people who could most benefit from them. She has freelanced across Southeast Asia, in a van in outback Australia, and now from the terrasses of Montréal.
Most recently, she was the Communications Manager at Kids Code Jeunesse, a bilingual charity teaching young people and their educators about AI, coding and digital citizenship through the lens of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She’s consulting on fintech, innovation and sustainability projects ahead of starting her Master’s in Climate Change and Development at Manchester.
