Han is the Senior Manager of Customer Success at Udemy for Business, an online learning destination that helps students, companies, and governments gain the skills they need to compete in today’s economy. Han leads the US commercial team, who is responsible for partnering with UFB's most valued customers to drive adoption and ensure customer satisfaction, growth, and retention. Collaborating across sales, marketing, and product, her team is focused on how to expand the UFB impact across their customer base, to help all employees prepare for the next step in their career. At night, she leads the Webb Family Foundation's philanthropic strategy focused on youth development and education organizations serving underprivileged youth in the Bay Area of California and Orlando, Florida.

Prior to Udemy, she served as a Sales Manager for Everwise where she worked with enterprise organizations to build mentoring programs and high-touch learning experiences. She's also served as a Education Pioneer Fellow at StudentsFirst where she worked to build a pipeline strategy for their development organization.

Han currently lives in Mill Valley, CA with her husband. She's an avid trail runner and cyclist, lover of the mountains, oceans, and all things sweet. And, she's hiring in Denver!
