Hailey is the Product Lead for Data Platforms and Analytics at Tempus Labs, working to improve patient care by building a library of clinical and molecular data and making it useful. Along with a team of data scientists, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts, Hailey helps bring together disjoint and siloed datasets to deliver insights and catalyze research initiatives. She is motivated to improve patient outcomes and create easier access to the data and analytic tools required to enable such improvements. Prior to joining Tempus, Hailey worked as a research analyst at University of Michigan's Translational Oncology Program where she helped with biomarker discovery in pancreatic cancer cell lines.
