With more than 15 years of working experience, Haikal worked as Creative Group Head in international advertising agency BBDO/Proximity Singapore, followed by starting his own boutique advertising agency, RICE Advertising, as an Entrepreneur. Through this time, he had the opportunity to work with brands such as Visa, Mercedes, Mitsubishi, Bayer Healthcare, NTUC Income Insurance, Singapore Management University, Tokio Marine Insurance, and more.
As technology advanced, we begin to see the shift of media consumption and consumer behaviours. The need to constantly upgrade your skills to remain competitive becomes critical to staying successful. Haikal added User Experience skillsets to his portfolio with the aim to design better products and services. Now, he works with international beauty omnichannel retailer Sephora, leading a team of UX designers that deliver delightful experiences across the region.
