Hadley is the Operations Manager at Chewse in Los Angeles. Founded by Tracy Lawrence, Chewse is a catering platform for businesses in Los Angeles and San Francisco. She was the first hire in the Los Angeles market and has spent the past year focused on expansion and building a new operations structure within the company.
Prior to working at Chewse, Hadley co-founded and taught at The Gourmandise School of Sweets & Savories in Santa Monica where specialized in gluten-free cooking and baking classes. In September of 2015, Hadley moved to Italy where she received a master ’s degree in Food Culture and Communication: High-Quality Products from The University of Gastronomic Sciences.
Hadley is extremely passionate about sustainable food systems, funky natural wines, and her pug, Moxie.
