While designing products, his main goal is to identify patterns and opportunities, for then create engaging interactions among people, products and technology. He has lead design teams for products like Google Maps, Airbnb, and Adobe. Currently, he leads the Design Team at Carta for creating more owners by helping companies with their capitalization in an equitable way.
