Greg was hired as the first dedicated BI/Analytics employee at restaurant POS company Toast in July. There he is tasked with building the function and moving the team from Excel spreadsheets to SQL/Python and interactive dashboards. Toast is Greg’s third Boston tech startup stop. He previously spent time at edX and Gemvara, where he started as a Data Analyst and eventually led the Analytics function as a direct report to the company’s CEO. Prior to Gemvara, Greg spent two years at FTI Consulting where he worked on various projects including the Continental-United airline merger.
