He worked with the Wisconsin Innocence Project, Dane County District Attorney's Office before finally moving to New York City to join the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. After 4 months there, he realized that he was an absolutely terrible fit for a bureaucratic environment, and so decided to join the startup world, where (rumor had it) meritocracy ruled, smart people did interesting things, and he'd have the chance to make a material impact on the business.

We connect plaintiffs who need financing with the world’s largest group of proprietary investors, who compete to offer the fastest and most competitive terms.
