Graeme Dearie
User Experience Designer, Pacific Brands Underwear Group
Graeme has recently moved to Pacific Brands Underwear Group in Kew early May 2016, helping to increase shopping cart conversion rates on the Bonds and Berlei web sites. Prior to that he worked as a UX Designer in the Innovation Garage at Computershare in Abbotsford creating user experiences and MVPs for the company’s next generation of shareholder products and services. Prior to that he was in a Lead UX role within Computershare’s mobile development team designing various shareholder applications and concepts for employee engagement tools.
Graeme is also part of the GA alumni attending the UXD course in Melbourne, earlier in 2015. Before joining the world of UX, he was in various web development roles including Senior C# Developer and Team Lead. Outside of work, he is a huge movie fan and tries to get to the cinema when he can and cites “The Empire Strikes Back” and “Back to the Future” as two of his favourite movies of all time. Originally from Scotland (just don’t ask him if he supports Rangers or Celtic), he moved over in 2007 with his wife and is currently enjoying the Melbourne lifestyle (and has dramatically increased his caffeine intake).
