    Grace first joined the Boston Public Schools in January 2016 as a Northeastern University co-op for the Office of Equity. As Equity Manager, she provides administrative and operational support to the Assistant Superintendent, Director of Training and Accommodations, and Director of Compliance. She also assists leadership with requests for assistance around Equity matters.

    Prior to joining BPS, Grace completed her second co-op at the Massachusetts School Building Authority as a Strategy and Analytics co-op, where she developed a framework that enabled the MSBA to classify over 2,000 funding applications and led a study exploring characteristics of school districts who are rejected from the MSBA’s funding pipeline. Grace was also with the Massachusetts State Office of the Inspector General as a co-op in the Audit, Oversight and Investigations division, where she supported investigators and analysts for a year to look into claims of fraud, waste and abuse of public funds.

    Grace has a B.A. in Journalism.
