Gokul Vishwanathan is a Mechanical Engineer in training and received his Master’s and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and the University of Wisconsin – Madison, respectively. After graduation, he worked at Cummins, Inc. for 3-1/2 years as a technical specialist leading light-duty and heavy-duty vehicle engine development. He joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 2014 and supports the Department of Energy, Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E) as a technical advisor and subject matter expert in transportation and power generation. He completed Booz Allen's Data Science Fundamentals course at General Assembly in the summer of 2018.
