Ben and Ginny co-founded GorillaSpace with one other co-founder. Ben brings 20 years of commercial office management experience. He has the vision on how we can help small, medium and growing companies in their office real estate decisions. He brings tried and tested best practices from tech companies, bringing tech into real estate. He has hands-on, global experience in helping companies expand into different countries. Fluent in English, French and Mandarin and conversational Spanish, he is well-respected in the office real estate sector. Ben always seeks a win-win handshake for all parties in all transactions. Ben has a Masters in City and Regional Planning from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Ginny has an MBA from HEC, Paris and Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. In her previous work experience in a highly successful FinTech company, she is the Go-to person to start projects and quickly scale them globally. She is also tapped to transform the people strategy in areas of leadership, learning, engagement and talent. Fluent in English, French and Mandarin, she has over 20 years of experience working in Greater China, Europe and South East Asia. She thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks outside the box and loves working with people to harness our collective strengths. She is motivated for everyone to have a good day at work – every day!
