    Co-founder, Movidiam

    London

George Olver is the co-founder of movidiam.com, a ground-breaking new network that allows brands, agencies and filmmakers across the globe to connect, collaborate and create incredible content. Users build a profile to be matched with exciting briefs from around the world and to connect with brands, agencies and producers. Working collaboratively, clients can manage projects seamlessly and freelancers can get paid securely. The result? Inspiring content and the opportunity to contribute to the Movidiam global community of filmmakers.

George is a passionate filmmaker and producer and has won several international filmmaking awards including the Sir Edmund Hillary Award. As a director at Pendragon Productions, which he founded in 2006, he has produced film campaigns across the globe for brands such as Google, Virgin, Samsung and Coca-Cola. He was the producer of the first independently produced documentary to be screened at the Odeon Leicester Square, 'Tenacity on the Tasman', a human-powered attempt to circumnavigate the world in a rowing boat.

George is passionate about technology and its potential to change our modus operandi. ‘Connected society’ is one of his go-to taglines and he believes that through connecting and collaborating, the route to opportunity - or work - becomes easier and more streamlined than in the past. Movidiam is the realisation of this philosophy, using the cloud as the conduit for filmmakers to make incredible content.
