Geoff is the CTO at CommonLit, a non-profit whose mission is to spread literacy and writing skills to students around the world. His small team works on a big dream, delivering their online tool to 20 million students around the world. Before joining CommonLit, Geoff worked at the design and development consultancy thoughtbot, where he helped young companies with unanticipated growth improve their development processes and scale their software to meet demand. He's worked primarily in Ruby and JavaScript but loves to try out and learn new tools.
