Geoff has spent the last 19 years in Sydney, Australia working in Financial Recruitment. Since 2000, he has interviewed over 5000 Accountants and has placed over 1000 Accountants into jobs ranging from junior Accounts roles to CFO roles. Geoff has recruited for many multinational organisations including HP, Commonwealth Bank, UTS, UBS and Lendlease all here in Sydney.

In 2008 he was the co-founder of Richard Lloyd Recruitment here in Sydney. Geoff’s middle name is "Richard" and he is the "Richard" in Richard Lloyd. Richard Lloyd started with 2 people and now has a team of 18 people in Sydney placing over 350 Accountants each year. Geoff has been quoted in AFR, SMH, Accountants Daily and regularly comments on developments and trends in the Accounting Profession. He has given presentations to the CA, CIMA and CPA here in Sydney. Prior to Richard Lloyd, Geoff worked for Robert Half International where he managed the Sydney Permanent Recruitment team.

Before Geoff worked in recruitment he worked for RBS for 3.5 years selling Asset Finance. Geoff has completed the 100km Oxfam Trail walker three times in the last 6 years.
