She was a client of Panorama's previously, running talent development for Achievement First, a nationally recognized public charter school system in the northeast. At Panorama, she's supported the organization's growth from 35 to 130 team members, building out practices and policies around compensation, performance management and professional growth. Genna started her career in education and talent while launching a new public high school in NYC focused on architecture and engineering.
