Gabriel is a Statistician by training and a Data Scientist by profession. He believes analytics can be applied in any field which explains his experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical research, transport and financial industries across private and public sectors. He has used analytics to increase customer satisfaction, improve process efficiencies and reduce costs.
Besides having a keen interest in modelling, which he firmly insists only relates to the Statistical nature of it, he is also a strong proponent of leveraging on data for visualisations to tell stories and to influence management decisions.
For leisure, Gabriel enjoys running and swimming which he claims enables him to clear his mind and think creatively on how to solve problems. He also enjoys travelling to broaden his horizon and to experience different encounters.
