Francis Finnegan is originally from San Francisco, went to the University of Portland for a Degree in Drama and Philosophy, then ended up at American University for graduate school, receiving a Master in Philosophy and Social Policy in 2013. He has since been working in the non-profit sector as a legislative analyst, studying legislation passed in every single state of the nation. Desiring to know more about data management, and hoping to expand his skills in data analysis, he took GA's Part-Time Data Analytics course. Having enjoyed the course so much, he came back to GA to help students understand the wonders of data analysis. Whenever not coding in SQL, he enjoys reading very dense books in philosophy/anything, consuming a wide range of podcasts, or playing acoustic guitar (but he's probably off coding instead).
This 10-week course will teach you how to use large datasets to make critical decisions.
