A deep interest in solving design problems for everyday people inspired Francesco to step into a Leadership role at OpenIDEO SF Chapter. With his architecture and design background, Francesco provides a macro vision of communities, connections and how to build ideas both visually and physically. Before diving into designing workplaces for companies like LinkedIN, Facebook and Google, Francesco worked with organizations like Stanford Healthcare and Liberty Mutual, and collaborated with academic initiatives with the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalunya (IaaC) in Barcelona and Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT) in Boston.

Alongside his corporate work, Francesco has always dedicated time to volunteer and champion various social impact initiatives from child care health, to affordable home building and construction, to expat’s voting registration organization and building of communities abroad through conferences and education. His a native from Venezuela, avid sketcher and travel photographer amateur.
