Since transitioning from content to UX, after attending UXDI18 at GA, his work went from designing an AI Assistant for local shopkeepers to simplifying the complex and bureaucratic world of Telecoms. In Vodafone, as a Senior UX Designer, he re-designed the experience of Tobi, the Chatbot and is currently working on a UX strategy for an innovative project.
