Fiona is a learning and development professional, with a track record for scaling operations. Her experience spans corporate, non-profit and government. Brands and organisations she's worked for include Lenovo and the EU Delegation to China. She currently works for education company, General Assembly (GA) as an Education Programmes Manager. She joined GA in 2014, starting off building the workshops business, and more recently has helped to grow instructor retention and coaching, as well as manage the expansion of course operations across their B2C and B2B engagements. In her spare time, you'll find her eating raspberry jam, trying to keep fit, and running around after Oscar, her miniature schnauzer.
