She develops and facilitates training in a broad range of agile methodologies, and has shared her tools of the trade at conferences both in Australia and overseas. Her breadth of exposure across industries and learning styles makes her confident in being able to tailor agility for any team.

Ferzeen considers herself a translator foremost, bridging the gaps between customers, business and technology with ease.
