Product researcher

Singapore

I am a product researcher (or UX Researcher) with a background in psychology. In the past few years, I spent time in Taiwan, Singapore, and Shanghai working in hardware, software, and service products across ride-hailing, education, gaming, and various other areas. Currently, I am based in Singapore working in the digital payment space with Google. Before Google, I was a UX researcher at Grab.

I believe that through product research, we can find value for both users and businesses. I believe that the beauty of product design is the ability to deeply understand the problems that humans are facing and to build the best possible solutions with sustainable business models that empower human potential.
