My name is Fayrouz Yataghane, a communications consultant and a coach based in Singapore. My passion is to help people leverage their strengths and personalities to embrace their professional lives. Prior to launching my own business, I worked for 18 years as a corporate communications manager in a major international energy company.

Throughout my life, I have seized every opportunity to learn and grow professionally and to meet diverse people and cultures. I am driven by my infinite desire to learn and share, and by my passion to help people communicate effectively.

Over the past two years, I have made a significant impact on people's well-being and professional success. Instead of just giving one-off advice, I help them to build strategies by themselves, based on who they are, by activating their own parameters of success. This makes the action more powerful and sustainable.

I believe that everyone has the power to achieve their goals as long as they draw from within themselves.
