Fay has over 15 years of recruitment experience. She recruits for Senior HR positions across the commercial sector throughout South East Asia with a focus on Singapore. Fay started her career in recruitment at Robert Walters Japan where she successfully established a Human Resources and Secretarial team. She then joined Robert Half Japan and set up a Human Resources team there before moving into the accounting space. After living in Japan for 9 years she transferred to Singapore with Robert Half in 2013. Prior to her career in recruitment Fay was a criminal solicitor in the UK.
