Fariz is a Strategic Designer who specialises in UX Design and Service Design. He is a firm believer of "the whole is greater than the sum of its parts". With that in mind, he employs Futures Thinking, Behavioural Insights and Systems Thinking to create foolproof and meaningful solutions for the end-users and society at large.
Fariz has worked across various industries across private and public sectors. This has led him to have rich experience in the end-to-end, human-centred design process. From conducting user research to creating click-thru prototypes, he believes in getting both business stakeholders and end users to co-create meaningful experiences.
Apart from strategic consulting, Fariz also conducts capability training and design facilitation. Equipped with a Certificate in Advanced Learning and Performance, he is also a Civil Service College Accredited Trainer, up-skilling civil servants in innovation capabilities.
