Evan is a Partner in the Tech Group of Lowenstein Sandler LLP in NYC. Previously he had been in the corporate and securities practice of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. His clients are companies at all stages in their growth, predominantly in the digital and social media, energy and clean technology, sustainability and life sciences industries. He is particularly focused on helping entrepreneurs and early-stage companies traverse from inception to exit, and in that role he advises clients daily on their growth and development and participates in a diverse array of transactions, from private placements of securities to mergers and
acquisitions.
His corporate finance experience includes the completion of hundreds of venture capital and private equity financings, representing both the funds providing the capital and the companies seeking funding.
Evan is deeply involved in the start-up community in New York City and enjoys advising and mentoring young companies and entrepreneurs on an array of legal and business issues that they face.
Evan lives and works in New York City and is also an avid sailor and skier.
