    Eunice Lee

Senior Vice President, Studio Operations - Call of Duty Development, Activision

    Los Angeles

A Los Angeles native, Eunice Lee was named the Senior Vice President of Studio Operations for Call of Duty Development in 2019. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Activision for 3 years. Her management career spans the globe with teams dispersed internationally. After completing an HR internship in 2001, Eunice rejoined the company in 2002 and shortly thereafter relocated to London to support the setup of new business operations in multiple European countries and participate in/lead due diligence and integration of several acquisitions of game development teams.

She returned to Los Angeles in 2008, following a merger with Vivendi Games, in a newly created HR leadership role. She has been responsible for coaching, developing, and growing the HR Business Partner organization within Activision and aligning the strategic people’s agenda to the business’s strategic priorities. Looking for a new challenge, and with business leadership support, she changed roles and pivoted into an operational position in game development. She partners with the Head of Call of Duty Development to continually deliver world-class products and experiences within the Call of Duty franchise.

Eunice earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from UCLA, majoring in history and business. She is a gamer, loves the arts, food, traveling (well, not right now), and is an avid comic book/sci-fi reader.
