Denver

Eugene is an Adjunct Professor at CU Denver and an Associate City Planner with the City and County of Denver. As an Associate City Planner, he has an emphasis on citywide and neighborhood scale planning initiatives for the City and County of Denver. He has worked with Douglas County, managing Douglas County Transit Solutions and Local Coordinating Council comprised of local municipalities, transit service providers and community based organizations. He has a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from CU Denver.
