Esther Weon is a bootcamp-grad turned full-stack software engineer. After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in filmmaking and creative writing, she attended App Academy's web development program. Upon graduation from the program, she worked as a consultant software engineer at digital consulting firm Presence for 3 years, working with clients like Toyota, National Geographic, Ubisoft, and Logitech.

She now enjoys spending her time teaching at General Assembly as a Software Engineering Immersive instructor, as well as leading JavaScript workshops through San Francisco-based non-profit Girl Develop It.
