Esmond Wong is a self-taught user experience designer with a long history of working with start-ups and owning all aspects of design. He has spent 10 years working for various staged start-ups and government agencies as well as managing a large variety of freelance clients. Esmond draws his design experience from the wide range of industries he has worked in or consulted for; including government, telecoms, accounting, healthcare and consumer apps. A strong advocate for the value of design to any company in meeting both the needs of the business as well as the end consumer, Esmond believes in approaching design from a holistic point of view, taking into account branding, marketing, product and customer experience to deliver successful products.
