Ernez has been working within the discipline of design for a decade. Whether that be design research and strategy, product conceptualisation or just doodling wireframes in a note book and trying to pass them off as 'concepts', Ernez understands the various disciplines under the umbrella of design and while unable to master every single one, he has a relentless passion of each of them.
Ernez has dedicated his career to understanding how people, products and channel interact with each other, he utilise this understanding to create bespoke experiences for brands and people. More importantly he bring this understanding when leading and co-creating products within multi skilled groups.
Ernez has worked with a multitude of local and international brands across a range of industries as varied as they are unique, equally he has spent time creating and leading experience design teams in a range of different agencies and consultancies in Melbourne.
