Ernest has an honors degree in Materials Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and an MSc obtained from Imperial College (U.K). He previously worked for an advanced engineering material company in the UK prior to his return to Hong Kong. Ernest has over 6 years of business development and management experience in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He is very well networked within Hong Kong and Mainland China and is a member of many influential associations such as the People's Political Consultative Council, United Youth Committee and the Hong Kong Institute of Environmentalist. He is also an affiliated member of CIWEM in the UK and also a regular guest speaker at the City University of Hong Kong on environmental related topics.
