Erin has been working on organizational development for over 10 years, working with established companies and startups, to adopt "just enough" formal approaches to support high paced growth and change. She believes strongly in building great organizations through a the combination of discovery and design thinking (figuring out what experience your customer needs), process (how to set up and use agile processes to build high quality products and services quickly), and people (how to create a great culture).
After 5 years of running her own consultancy based on all these concepts and acting as a lead mentor for Boomtown and their teams, she joined Boomtown as a Partner and now leads the effort to support and grow the next generation of entrepreneurs and innovative companies.
