Erin has spent her career building workplace environments and cultures at Silicon Beach / Silicon Valley scale-ups in the US.

Notably, Erin worked for the Founder of the mobile dating app Grindr and helped grow Grindr through the sale of the company in 2017. From dating, to the digital revolution of the music industry, to the switch from web first to mobile first design, to cannabis, Erin has enjoyed working in disruptive industries and with employer brands that push back on taboo, challenge the world to recognize new normals, and champion inclusivity. Erin joined Feeld at the start of 2021 and is working between the UK and the US.
