Born and raised in Seattle’s Central District, Erika White owner and general manager of Fat’s Chicken and Waffles, is passionate about great food and service. "People come for the food they come back for the vibe." One to always follow her dreams prior to the restaurant business Erika co founded Jasiri Media Group and was emcee for the hip hop group Beyond Reality. She is often referred to as the Godmother of Seattle hip hop.
