Erika Whillas is a Senior UX Designer and Information Architect with 20 years experience in the web development industry. Currently Erika is Chief Product Officer of Akin, an artificial intelligence company building applications for families living with disabilities, as well as robots for NASA. For the past three years Erika has taught the human-centered design process at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Erika is also pursuing a PhD at the Institute of Sustainable Futures, UTS, with a focus on urban climate change adaptation.
