As a former middle school science teacher, she was tired & in tears from always putting others first. She had a habit of saying yes to everyone else, which meant she was constantly saying no to herself. Realizing something had to change, she figured out how to dismantle overwhelm and cultivate happiness through personalized systems that create clear boundaries for work, rest, and play. Now she helps changemakers everywhere do the same through one-on-one coaching.
She's worked with over 500 people and 15 organizations, focusing on time management, mindset, and relationships. When she's not on Zoom or creating content, you can find her journaling on her patio in the morning, cuddling with her puppy, or playing Bananagrams.
