Erika Gleeson is a Disability Specialist and the founding Director of Autism Swim; a national organisation aiming to change the statistic that 90% of deaths in individuals with ASD is a result of drowning. Erika is a nominee for Young Australian of the Year (2016 and 2017), Pride of Australia Award (2016), and NSW Young Achievers Award (2016 and 2017).
