Erika Geraerts, along with two friends owns Willow & Blake, a content agency of writers who dislike the words collective and bespoke more than they dislike coffee with milk in it. Their business, now in its fourth year, is responsible for the tone of voice development and communication strategy, as well as social media campaign and rollout management for brands like Peter Alexander, Lee Jeans, Red Earth, and Bardot Australia to name a few. Two years ago Willow & Blake, along with two other partners created their own product, frank - a humble coffee scrub that targets stretch marks, cellulite, eczema, psoriasis and acne. frank body is sold internationally with five distribution points worldwide. Willow & Blake and frank body operate out of an office in Richmond with 15 staff between the two businesses. Erika also owns a cafe in Abbotsford with four friends, called Little Big Sugar Salt.
