Erica Wingo Newcomb has been designing experiences for two decades in a variety of contexts including software, devices, company culture, and process.

In April of 2016, she founded Nimble to help companies focus on human-centered design and use the Design Thinking process to solve wicked challenges.

Erica facilitates radically collaborative efforts, leads interdisciplinary teams on a variety of challenges, and conducts Design Thinking and UX workshops around the US. She believes that creative intelligence + analytical intelligence = impact.
