Erica leads marketing strategy and planning initiatives for the North American market at CI&T, a global company that serves as a digital solutions partner for Fortune 1000 organizations.
She has over a decade of experience in B2B and B2C marketing strategy, planning, research, branding, and communications. Erica has worked with companies of all sizes and stages, from startups to some of the world’s leading brands, including Walt Disney Company, LeapFrog, and Logitech. She has successfully helped these brands increase revenue through strategic marketing planning and execution. In addition to her full-time gig at CI&T, she does independent marketing and event consulting.
Erica graduated from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also holds an MBA from Mills College in Oakland, California.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys long walks on the beach, trying new recipes, playing tennis and basketball, and spending time with her young son and family.
