She has 17+ years of experience in the energy industry, servicing 15+ with Sempra Energy Families (San Diego Gas & Electric & Southern California Gas Company).

Erica has an entrepreneurial spirit, practices servant leadership, and a catalyst for change.
As a military spouse, Erica connects deeply with the veteran community and created a program "Impact Now" to hire transitioning veterans, veteran spouses, and family members into the energy industry. "It’s not just about giving back, but preparing and ensuring a robust program for our veteran community to have a successful career at AVIVV." Erica is married to a 22-year active-duty decorated US Navy SEAL and has two sons.
