Eric is Head of Brand at The Farmer’s Dog, a direct-to-consumer company reimagining how we feed and care for our pets. He’s responsible for defining the overall brand strategy, overseeing its creative expression across all internal and external touchpoints, and building an organization that balances short-term results with enduring relevance and sustainable growth.

Prior to The Farmer’s Dog, Eric spent the bulk of his career at WPP, where his roles ranged from corporate venture investing and partnerships at WPP Digital to leading global brand strategy for some of Ogilvy’s biggest clients.

Eric’s thinking and writing has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, former P&G CMO Jim Stengel’s book Grow, WPP’s Atticus Journal, and Yes, And, The Second City’s guide to applying humor and improvisational techniques to business.

He holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Yale University and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. He lives in Chelsea with his partner, Rony, and their French Bulldog, Perry.
