Eric was inspired to pursue technology while utilizing specialized software to track the skills and progress of students, and develop targeted lesson plans, while working as an elementary school teacher in underserved communities. In 2019, he completed the Web Development Immersive program at Flatiron School in NYC. Most recently, he worked as a Full Stack Developer at Fragrance.com for 2 years, but wanted to return to his passion and combine education and technology, becoming an Instructor for General Assembly.
