Emma Northcott is a Product Manager at Farewill. She has spent her whole career in the startup world. Before Farewill she was at the crowdfunding platform Crowdcube and most recently Monzo. During her time at Monzo the company grew from 20 employees to 1500 and 1,000 customers to 4m. She’s worn a variety of hats in her career which gives her an ability to understand the needs across the business. Outside of her day to day Emma likes to give back to her community. At the beginning of the pandemic she helped spin up Meals for the NHS, raising £1.8m to fund 300,000 meals for NHS staff. She also mentors young adults who want to break into tech.

She’s an adventurer at heart. Ask her about driving a third of the way around the world in a Ford Fiesta or riding an American school bus through Burkina Faso.
