Emma Nguyen graduated from Bentley University in 2011. She is currently a Product Manager at ZoomInfo (DiscoverOrg). Previously, she was a Product Manager at an EdTech startup called Credly. Her professional experience includes software implementation, pre/post-sale support, QA, and custom application deployment across North America and Australia. She held various positions at companies of different sizes (Salesforce, iMDSoft, Credly) to help build products like digital credential systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems. She is passionate about innovative solutions and has a lot of professional experience with customers, developers, designers, sales, and other business stakeholders to share.
