Emma is a designer and a problem solver, fascinated by why a potato peeler makes her feel happy and how the Outlook web app on her phone doesn't. You will often find her staring at recycle bins and wondering why they are, literally and figuratively, rubbish and constantly confusing people who use them.
Emma has practical experience in enterprise web projects, agile methodologies and Lean UX and it has taken her around the world. She has spend her first year in Sydney being part of the agile multi disciplinary team at Qantas and before that she has worked on all kinds of projects for example fast campaigns, international platforms rebuilds and large corporate websites. These projects extended across the fashion industry, luxury hotels, industrial bearings, machine tools, the automotive industry, the fitness industry and premium dog and cat food
