Emily is passionate about applying design principles to the work+life experience and cultivating wellness practices. Prior to launching CLx, she managed transformational efforts aligning talent to business strategy in Cisco's Cloud Services, M&A, and Learning & Development teams. Emily holds a dual BA from UCLA and an MBA in Organizational Strategy & Design from the University of Michigan.
